Teaching in the Temple
Mission Accomplished, Day 3
Luke 20: 9-18
There are so many amazing things about this story-
Jesus knowing He was that near to death was still able and willing to teach the very people that would within the week betray and “vote” to have Him crucified
How cool is it that 2000+ years later, we not only still know Jesus came and taught in the temple, but what he taught about! I do not remember specific lessons I learned back when I was in school, and I would venture to say if you asked your kids about specifics within a lesson they had more recently learned, they also wouldn’t be able to remember them, so the very fact that WHAT JESUS TAUGHT is still recorded, is pretty astonishing to me!
